Hi - my Sky + remote stopped working last night, I changed batteries and switched off/on the STB but it's still not working. If I press the Sky button on the remote then Volume Up/Down nothing happens (except the red light on the remote) but if I press TV on the remote then Volume Up/Down it works

If there’s no service issues, check that the time and date settings on your computer are correct: Windows 10: Select the Start menu, then the Settings / cog wheel option. Sky Go stutter fix? — Digital Spy Someone has posted about Sky launching Sky Go Extra tomorrow, so I'm not sure if it's related. I tried Google Chrome, IE9 (I think it was, or whatever the latest version was a year ago) and Firefox.
