Besides resolving host names, changing DNS servers has 0 influence on network speed. DNS is just used to retrieve the IP address behind a host name (e.g. Google.com -> 8.4.123.45 or so). This is done once per host name and cached afterwards. If you want to improve your speed, use a wired connection to your router.
