I'm having tons of problems with my Apple TV 4, PS4, and PC lately and Unlocator support has been feeding me the same steps over and over again when I email them. The last thing they wrote is basically "works fine for us." I tried reinstalling the app tonight on top of the usual update location steps and that didn't work either.
